been a while...
there are couple of days since the last post. after that changed the country of presence, employer etc. long story.
coming back to "old" employer has been interesting - to see who has changed and how. and to see who has not been capable of changing.
in typical corporate world the people who have the loudest voice are seen as most potential to get into higher positions. higher in this case means being promoted into decision level which unfortunately is usually thought to be manager. unfortunately the volume does not compensate knowledge eventhough in short term it might look so. funny is that my employer high strategy is trying to change this, yet the reality is not there - maybe it needs generations to change until working well. before that it still is struggling how things are thought to work. thinking this is one of main problems in current employer when trying to attract and retain competent people - not many are capable of getting similar jobs outside...
hm, i think continuing this post with more explanations in agnostic way. later.
