Decisions...
I did let my employer to know I am leaving. They started to offer other jobs - which suprisingly were better than my current one. Why is it so that, things start to change only when you are leaving, eventhough you have told not being happy earlier? Is it the ignorance, not believing etc? If things change when you give your notice, that means the probability you staying on it is less than if things change on their own, without notice also the psychological effect for the employee is more by giving an illusion that the employer actually cares about you.
Anyhow, I declined the change and am going to my original plan to change the employer. This has given me even energyboost on my current job as well.
